Services offered
Case management and mediation is available through application by the parties or by order of the court. The objectives of case management conferences are the resolution of disputes without trial if possible or, if a trial is required, the simplification of issues to make the process more efficient in terms of time and money for litigants. Procedures are flexible and include pre-trial conference, case management, settlement conference, mini-trial or any combination of these. This service can be accessed in civil cases, including ones involving custody and access.

Mediation services may be available through an order of the court or alternatively through an application by the parties.
