Video Streaming Technology

The use of streaming videos allow us to test out the viability of this technology in an effort to encourage dialogue between interested parties at all levels across the country. Please note, however, that this is new technology that we are exploring, and in doing so are confined by some restrictions. The quality of the clip depends on several factors which we have no direct control on, including Internet connection speed, processor speed and bandwidth. Modem connections or slower processors may cause the clip to appear choppy or for the sound to fade in and out. In some cases it may also be the result of network congestion. If you are not able to view the clips at all, it may be because of a department firewall which enforces a boundary between two or more networks, and keeps unauthorized users out of private networks.
