JUSTICE MINISTER TO ADDRESS CANADIAN BAR ASSOCIATION
The Honourable Rob Nicholson, P.C., Q.C., M.P. for Niagara Falls, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, will deliver a speech to the members of the Canadian Bar Association in Halifax.
