Provision
  41. (4) When a trustee's accounts have been approved by the inspectors and taxed by the court and all objections, applications and appeals have been settled or disposed of and all dividends have been paid, the estate is deemed to have been fully administered.
Problem

The linguistic versions differ as to content. The term "objections" is used only in the English version, while the terms "oppositions" and "requêtes" are used only in the French version.

Solution
In the English version, the terms "motions" and "oppositions" are added. In the French version, the term "objections" is added.

Harmonized Provision

  41. (4) When a trustee's accounts have been approved by the inspectors and taxed by the court and all objections, applications, oppositions, motions and appeals have been settled or disposed of and all dividends have been paid, the estate is deemed to have been fully administered.
