(2) A document executed on behalf of a corporation is not invalid merely because a corporate seal is not affixed to it.

Only common law terminology ("executed") is used in the English version.

The term "signé" is appropriate for both civil law and common law in French.

In the English version, "or, in Quebec, signed" is added.
