  10. Her Majesty may grant federal real property to Herself.
Problem
The term "grant" does not reflect the civil law in English.
Solution

In the English version, the term "concede" is added to reflect the civil law. No change to the French version is necessary as the term concéder reflects both the civil and common law.

   10. Her Majesty may grant federal real property and concede federal immovables to Herself.
