The concept of "ordonnance alimentaire ou d'attribution de paternité/support, maintenance or affiliation order" is specific to common law. It is appropriate to replace this common law concept by neutral language applicable in both legal systems.

In the English version, the terms "support, maintenance or affiliation order" are replaced by "judicial decision establishing affiliation or respecting support or maintenance" . In the French version, the terms "selon une ordonnance alimentaire ou une ordonnance d'attribution de paternité" are replaced by "aux termes de la décision d'un tribunal en matière de filiation ou d'aliments" .
