Provision
84. All sales of property made by a trustee vest in the purchaser all the legal and equitable estate of the bankrupt therein.
Problem
The term
"saisissent"in the French version is inappropriate in this context.
Solution
In the French version, the tem
"saisissent"is replaced by
"dévolus". The provision is also reworded in light of the change.
