SECTION 117.05 OF THE CRIMINAL

ORDER FOR PROHIBITION FOLLOWING FORFEITURE

WHEREAS on the   day of  at   at the hearing of the Application for Disposition made under subsection (1), it was ordered that the things of A.B. seized on the   day of   at   be forfeited to her Majesty or be otherwise disposed of;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that A.B. be prohibited for a period of   years (not exceeding 5 years) from possessing any   (weapon, prohibited device ammunition, prohibited ammunition and explosive substance, or any such thing), beginning on the making of the order.*
