ORDER

UPON the application of  , (peace officer, firearms officer or chief firearms officer), for an order pursuant to section 117.011 of the Criminal Code placing terms and conditions on C.D.'s use and possession of a firearm, cross-bow, prohibited weapon, restricted weapon, prohibited device, ammunition, prohibited ammunition or explosive substance, or all such things.

UPON hearing the evidence adduced and what was alleged by the applicant and the respondent and it appearing that there are reasonable grounds to believe that E.F.would have access to a firearm, cross-bow, prohibited weapon, restricted weapon, prohibited device, ammunition, prohibited ammunition or explosive substance, or all such things.

IT IS ORDERED THAT the following terms and conditions be placed on C.D.'s use and possession of a firearm, cross-bow, prohibited weapon, restricted weapon, prohibited device, ammunition, prohibited ammunition or explosive substance, or all such things,  .
