The informant says that he has reasonable grounds for believing that:
- Computer hard drive and computer discs containing electronically
stored e-mail messages and poems from (suspect)
and pertaining to (victim) ;
- Hard copies of e-mail messages from (suspect)
pertaining to (victim) ;
- Documents, photographs, diaries, and any other record or item made
or possessed by (suspect) that refer to an interest
in (victim) ;
- Documents containing the signature and handwriting or hand
printing of (suspect) ; and
- Confirmation of occupancy, consisting of articles of personal
property tending to establish the identity of the person or persons in
control of the premises described below, including, but not limited
to rent receipts, cancelled mail, keys, photographs, utility bills and
telephone bills
