This figure is a broken-line graph showing the actual (1977-1998) and projected (1999-2003) number of adults charged with drug offences in the Yukon. The number of adults charged increases and decreases constantly during the period. Despite these fluctuations, it is possible to see a decrease between 1977 and 1998, with the number of cases going from 167 in 1977 to around 39 in 1998. The 1999-2003 projection seems to show first a significant increase for 1999, then a slight decrease until 2003, when the number of drug related cases should be around 70.
