Figure 3.2 is a vertical bar chart which illustrates, by level of court, the proportion of judges using various provisions amended by Bill C-2. The Y axis represents the proportion of judges reporting, which is measured in percentages in increments of 20 from 0 to 100. The X axis is divided by five categories, from left to right: competency inquiries, support persons, screens and CCTV, appointed counsel and video recorded evidence which are further divided into two sub-categories, from left to right: provincial court and superior court.
