Figure 12 is a three dimensional bar graph that illustrates the proportion of problems that resulted in specific outcomes. The x-axis displays four different problem outcomes: Resolved, not resolved, abandoned and unsure. The y-axis represents the proportion that the problems resulted in each outcome. It ranges from 0 to 80. The bars increase in size as the number of years they represent increase in number. The resolved category is the most prominent bar (53.9%) followed by not resolved (35.2%). The abandoned category is the next largest (7.8%), but is still much smaller than the preceding two categories. Unsure is the least prominent bar in the chart (2.1%). Note that these were the problem outcomes at the time of the interview.
