Accessibility at Justice Canada

The Department of Justice Canada’s Accessibility Plan, as set out by the Accessible Canada Act, seeks to eliminate accessibility barriers for employees and Canadians we serve.

The purpose of the Accessible Canada Act is to make Canada barrier-free in areas under federal jurisdiction. All federal entities have published similar plans to remove accessibility barriers and prevent new barriers.
