Purpose:

The 2008 Annual Training Forum will explore the ways in which service providers can enhance the safety of victims of domestic and sexual violence as well as the safety of the service providers themselves. Safety must be addressed in a variety of ways. Risk assessment tools, safety planning and service provider workplace safety are all important, yet require different knowledge, skill, understanding and competencies.
