Purpose:

Translation from English to French of the work by Judge Bastarache entitled "The Law of Bilingual Interpretation". This project will contribute to improving the administration of justice in French. By providing resources equal to those available to their English counterparts, judges and jurists who practice in French will strive to begin using the same rules of interpretation of bilingual legislative texts.
