Purpose:

The Aboriginal Legal Services of Toronto have entered into a contribution agreement with the Department of Justice Canada to establish the Gladue Caseworker Program in the Waterloo-Wellington region. The objective of the Program is to generate a steady stream of Gladue report requests and to promote the Program to judges, defence counsel, crowns and the Aboriginal community.
