Purpose:

This 2 year project is a collaborative, community development approach to develop work skills for youth involved with the criminal justice system who have recent or current gang involvement. Through a mentorship and business coaching model, support will be provided to a team of approximately 9 youth who will develop, organize and manage an Edmonton Urban Games youth event in the fall of 2010.
