Purpose:

The Reintegration Demonstration Project will provide long-term follow-up support to all youth leaving the Waypoint or Daughters and Sisters residential addiction treatment centers. The project will provide follow-up support with the goal of improving long-term treatment outcomes for youth, decreasing substance use and criminal justice involvement. Support will include re-integrating youth into their home communities, helping youth to secure concrete services when they cannot return home and supporting and connecting youth with appropriate local services.
