Purpose:

A symposium will be held involving representation from the judiciary, the prosecution, the defense bar and the police to discuss on positive and progressive change in the criminal justice system. About eighty participants will be directly involved in a discussion about future directions for the criminal justice system, at a strategic and practical level. The symposium will be held in Montreal, Québec, on January 15-16, 2010.
