Purpose:

The project is a feasibility study, focussed on the creation of Canada's first identity theft centre for victims. This study will complete the necessary research and development work to create a centre where current and potential victims of identity theft will have access to a centralized depot of services and up-to-date information. The project will be broken into three phases: background research, feasibility study and business development plan.
