Purpose:

The organization is expanding their "Report Homophobic Violence" program to three additional urban police service areas, one rural area and one Aboriginal area. Site specific outreach materials for police, agencies and teachers will be designed in bilingual format for youths in schools who are victims, witnesses or potential victims of harassment and bullying. The printed material is one tool amongst others in a larger initiative to combat homophobia and hate motivated crimes in schools.
