Purpose:

This project includes a two phased training plan for Manitoba Courtworkers: Phase 1 of the project is to hold a two day training and development program for the Aboriginal Courtworker Program in order to continue to build community partnerships. Aboriginal Courtworkers, Community members and Community Justice Workers will attend the training. Phase 2 will support the development of a Manitoba Aboriginal Courtwork team leader training program.
