The GCT#3 Representative Services has entered into a contribution agreement with the Department of Justice Canada to operate the Treaty #3 Community Justice Initiative (Program).
The goal of the Treaty #3 Community Justice Program is to reduce the number of Treaty #3 members involved in the criminal justice system and to address the root causes of the social ills in the communities. The Program accepts pre and post-charge referrals for diversion to be addressed in a community-driven justice approach in four First Nations in north-western Ontario.
