Purpose:

The overall purpose of the multi-year project divided in five phases, is to identify, establish and provide the training required for victim service workers practicing in the north, which will be achieved by the creation of a pan northern flexible framework for victim service worker training. The first phase of the project will support the pre-implementation planning, the development of curriculum and the development of an evaluation framework and plan.
