Purpose:

This two year project will support the Ontario Federation of Indian Friendship Centres (OFIFC) to engage the services of a consultant to evaluate the development of the programme to support the goals of the ACWP and measure the effectiveness of the OFIFC Aboriginal Courtwork Programme (ACWP) model.
The evaluation will examine the OFIFC ACWP model by assessing the effectiveness of the ACWP. The evaluation will include document reviews, and key informant interviews with various justice personnel, programme participants', internal and external referral agencies and other related partners.
