Purpose:

The organization will undertake an awareness campaign which includes developing communication tools and providing information sessions in all 24 communities and 16 high schools in Treaty 8, Alberta. The campaign is aimed at young women but will be open to the community at large. It will provide information on missing and murdered Aboriginal women and provide information to help participants deal with risk factors and dangerous situations, such as the migration of women to urban centres.
