Purpose:

The primary purpose of this program is to provide information and build awareness about victim rights, the supports and services available; to provide orientation on the judicial system and court procedures to demystify these institutions; to build capacity in the community; and to promote the use of victim services. The program will specifically target seniors, Aboriginal/First Nations people and new immigrants/refugees.
