Purpose:
|
The Recipient will work with 10-15 of the small child-serving organizations that participated in Phase I of the Project to gather detailed information around the issue of child sexual abuse and their corresponding organizational knowledge; work with such organizations to identify and mitigate risk within their respective organizations; work directly with such organizations to understand and address the unique needs and challenges smaller organizations face when implementing child protection policies and procedures; and create a supplementary resource guide to help smaller organizations implement the Commit to Kids program effectively. The Recipient will then coordinate the assembly and distribution of 500 Commit to Kids programs and the newly created supplementary resource guide to child serving organizations that did not receive the programs through Phase I of the project, and follow up with a minimum of 250 of such organizations within three (3) months to obtain feedback on the new supplementary resource guide.
