Purpose:

The project involves developing and implementing work plans with the goal of establishing the Centre in Greater Victoria. As part of the planned activities, the organization will promote community awareness of the CAC model and promote support for establishing the ORCA Centre. The project to establish such a Centre addresses the need to ensure appropriate access to the justice system for child and youth victims of sexual abuse and severe physical abuse.
