Purpose:

This project will see the development of a series of legal and linguistic tools. These tools include the production of Ontario French language jurisprudence, the standardization of French common law terminology, translation and the linguistic revision of original documents. The project will also involve research, services to the community and a feasibility study on the development of a masters program in legal translation.
