Purpose:

The purpose of the project is to publish a bi-monthly trade publication on the issues and topics of interest to the victims' community. The publication will be distributed to victims across Canada, as well as to victim service professionals, students, academics, police officers, lawyers, public servants, and interested private citizens on a national level. The publication will serve to increase knowledge and awareness of the impact of victimization, the needs of victims of crime, available services, assistance and programs, and relevant legislation. The publication will also increase awareness and educate victims on criminal justice issues.
