Purpose:

This project will support a training forum for all employees of the Native Courtworker Program throughout the Province of British Columbia. The training will include a session on how to navigate the new intranet site, office standardization, discussions on the rapidly expanding role of Native Courtworkers in British Columbia, staff well-being (self care) and upgrading skills on public speaking.
