Purpose:

The proposal builds on the outcomes and lessons learned over the first year of operation of the Integrated Domestic Violence Court (IDVC) in Toronto. Phase 2 of the project is to fully implement and operationalize a justice-community collaboration to facilitate and ensure the integration and communication of client-related information between the community and the judiciary in the IDVC.
