Purpose:

The Association des juristes d'expression française de la Nouvelle-Écosse will undertake a feasibility study on the establishment of a neighbourhood justice centre that would promote access to justice through citizen engagement by offering legal information, support and guidance in both official languages. The study will assess the need and benefits for the community of such a centre and the required resources to ensure its set-up and continuity.
