Purpose:

The recipient will conduct facilitated community assessments in three Friendship Centre communities to assess the current state of substance abuse, understand what has been done to address the issue and determine next steps to better support urban Aboriginal youth involved in the youth criminal justice system with illicit substance abuse issues.
