Purpose:

The organization will create an Advisory Committee to consult with victims of mentally ill offenders and victim stakeholders across Canada in order to develop a bilingual electronic resource that will reflect the anecdotal and lived experiences of victims, highlight their needs, provide peer support and raise awareness about the services available to them.
