Purpose:

This project will support the development of an electronic curriculum that will inform the national Aboriginal Courtwork Program and other stakeholders, on how to apply the sentencing principles identified by the Supreme Court of Canada in the R. vs. GLADUE decision when speaking to sentence for an Aboriginal client.
