Purpose:

The Tahltan Health & Social Services Authority has entered into a funding agreement with the Department of Justice Canada to manage the Ku We gahn Justice Program.
The overall goals of the Program are to repair the harm done by the offender and increase the sense of social justice for the victim, families and others in the community. The Program operates pre- and post-charge diversion programs using a family group conferencing in a traditional circle format. The Program serves four First Nation communities.
