Purpose:

The project involves the development and dissemination of a series of legal and linguistic tools; the development and offering of workshops for support staff in legal circles; collaboration on the network activities of the four jurilinguistics centers, including the standardization of French common law terminology, participation in the Summer Institute for Jurilinguistics and a feasibility study on providing courses in partnership with the Faculty of Law of the University of Manitoba and the School of Translation at the University of Saint-Boniface.
