Purpose:

The project of the Faculty of Law of the University of Manitoba consists of a program of mandatory and optional courses in French for law students, job shadowing with provincial court judges, internships at the provincial court of St-Boniface, a survey of students to gauge their interest in pursuing legal studies in French in Manitoba, a survey of the needs of the people of Manitoba regarding legal services in French, the development of tools and, a strategic plan for the offering of a legal certificate of studies in French.
