Purpose:

The organization will hire a Case Manager and an Outreach Worker to provide comprehensive case management of identified victims of human trafficking in York Region. Comprehensive case management will include options related to the immediate needs of victims such as safety planning, crisis intervention, information on the criminal justice system and addressing the practical needs of trafficked women. The organization will also provide appropriate referrals to social service agencies, police and criminal justice partners.
