Purpose:

The Recipient proposes to collaborate with the British Columbia government to develop cyberbullying training materials for justice system personnel and others who work with youth in conflict with the law. Training will assist justice system professionals to identify cases where the behaviour warrants criminal investigation and consideration of formal charges. These materials will also provide justice system personnel with up-to-date information on relevant legislative provisions, investigative tools and considerations, and relevant case law.
