Purpose:

The goal of this project is to conduct a needs assessment and feasibility study for a Child Advocacy Centre in Iqaluit, Nunavut. The needs assessment will be used to determine if gaps in the current service delivery model as well as incidences of child and youth abuse, justify further investigation through a feasibility study. The feasibility study will outline a recommended model for coordinated intervention, investigation, prosecution and treatment of victims of child and youth abuse.
