Purpose:

The recipient proposes to update their Youth Criminal Justice Act resources to reflect the provisions of Bill C-10. These resources include instructional material used by educators; a training guide used to enhance the existing skills of intermediaries that interact with youth in conflict with the law; and, various youth justice information pamphlets that create awareness of the Act and provide legal information to the Canadian public.
