The Manitoba Keewatinowi Okimakanak Inc. (MKO) has entered into a funding agreement with the Department of Justice Canada to manage the "Anger Management Certificate Training and Program Reporting Project".
The recipient agrees to plan and develop a training session in Winnipeg for Community Justice Workers on anger management; program reporting; domestic violence; and an introduction to mediation.
The objectives of this Project are to offset the costs of travel for Community Justice Workers from remote communities in Manitoba to be trained on the above mentioned topics and to provide opportunities for sharing and networking.
