Purpose:

The organization will develop and execute a strong financial sustainability plan; develop clear case review and case tracking policies and procedures; increase its capacity to provide a child friendly coordinated response and seamless access to mental health services; deliver and support training opportunities for the Multi-Disciplinary Team; and offer more on-site counseling to children and families through the implementation of a psycho-educational support group and service agreements with other service providers, thereby increasing access to timely and appropriate mental health services for young victims.
