Purpose:
|
The purpose of the project is to enhance the Public Legal Education and Information Service of New Brunswick's family law workshops for self-representing litigants by updating four existing modules and by creating a new module for immigrants. The workshops will be delivered in both English and French throughout the province. The aim of the project is to increase the knowledge of self-representing litigants on family law matters and to address barriers in accessing the family justice system with a particular focus on self-representing litigants from rural and ethno-cultural communities.
