Purpose:

The Recipient agrees to: oversee the program delivery and on-going capacity development of First Nation Custom Advisory Panels in the five member First Nations of the Yellowhead Tribal Council and deliver and develop FASD services. The five member First Nations are Alexander First Nation, Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation, Enoch Cree Nation, O'Chiese First Nation, and Sunchild First Nation. The advisory panels are designed to utilize traditional methods of conflict resolution in a manner that is transparent to all members of the participating First Nation Communities and other organizations that deal with these First Nation governments or institutions. Direct FASD support will be provided in Alexander First Nation and Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation, and further FASD capacity development in Alexander First Nation, Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation, O'Chiese First Nation, and Sunchild First Nation.
